AD - Time to switch off, slow down and make bedtime feel a little more luxurious.

My Feather & Down sleep reset starts in the shower and ends with that lovely moment when the day is finally done.

I’m using the Melting Shower Cream, followed by the Relaxing Roll On (part of the Perfect Partners Set) at my pulse points, and finishing with the iconic Sweet Dreams Pillow Spray over my pillow.

With its soothing lavender and chamomile scent, it’s the perfect little ritual for relaxing the body, nurturing the mind and winding down for the night.

And with Christmas gift sets available at Boots, Feather & Down makes such a lovely gift for anyone who deserves a little more time to relax, unwind and look after themselves.

Even better: buy 2 selected Feather & Down products at Boots and get £5 off.

So… relax, unwind, sleep.
My kind of evening.

Discover the Feather & Down Christmas collection @bootsuk and create your own little bedtime ritual.

Ad:pr - Hi, how are you? Come and get ready with me… very casually.

I’ve had SO many people ask me what I’d recommend if you want the quickest, easiest way to put on eyeshadow without buying an entire palette.

This is it.

Giorgio Armani Eye Tint in 22M Cashew.

One little wand, one shade, and you’re done. Swipe it over the lid and blend with your fingertip for a soft, effortless wash of colour. And because the applicator has a precise tip, you can use it close to the lash line too — so it can do a bit more than just eyeshadow.

There are lots of shades and finishes to choose from, but 22M is one I reach for when I want that polished-but-I-haven’t-really-tried look.

And for mature, crepey eyelids? I love the ease of a creamy liquid formula that glides on rather than requiring lots of dragging and blending.

Basically: no palette, no faff, no 17 brushes required.

Just swipe, blend and go.

It’s time to make an effort… but only a little one.

PR INVITE - Come with me to celebrate the launch of Haircare: The Ultimate Guide by the fabulous Anabel Kingsley at The Ivy Covent Garden. ✨

I’ve been a Philip Kingsley girl for YEARS & YEARS, so meeting Anabel and celebrating this next chapter of the family story was such a treat.

There is SO much misinformation, confusion and scaremongering around haircare — and Anabel’s mission is to cut through the mistruths, lift the smoke and mirrors and give us genuinely expert, science-backed advice to help us understand our hair and achieve our healthiest-looking hair.

From hair myths and horror stories to scalp health, hair types and what actually works, this is the kind of book every hair lover needs on their shelf.

Congratulations Anabel — what a wonderful way to share your knowledge, passion and the Philip Kingsley family story with the next generation of hair lovers.

AD/PR - Christmas gifting might feel a little way

AD/PR - Christmas gifting might feel a little way off… but this is one I’d definitely be putting on the list.

If you have someone in your life who loves beautiful body care, gorgeous fragrance and a little everyday luxury, L’Occitane Nuit Festive could be such a lovely gift — and tonight’s QVC Today’s Special Value makes it even more tempting.

This 4-piece collection brings together some of L’Occitane’s most gorgeous body-care textures with the new Nuit Festive fragrance.

The iconic Shower Oil leaves skin feeling beautifully nourished, while the Almond Milk Concentrate has that rich, silky texture that makes body care feel like a proper treat. Then there’s the much-loved Hand Cream and a beautiful Eau de Toilette to finish it all off.

And the fragrance? Delicious.

Blackcurrant, litchi and white wine give it a juicy, fizzy opening, followed by creamy almond milk, sesame and hazelnut, before settling into vanilla, cedar and hinoki wood. Sweet and gourmand, but still chic and beautifully balanced.

The collection is worth £144.50, with the Eau de Toilette alone worth £65.

Tonight’s QVC Today’s Special Value is just £64.96, with 4 easy payments available.

So whether you’re treating someone you love or quietly putting a little something aside for yourself… this is a rather lovely bit of Christmas gifting to get ahead of.

Available here : https://bit.ly/4ytYoTq or on the link in my bio - would you gift this to someone special, or keep the whole set for yourself?

AD/PR - Flavour of the day… trying the YSL Make Me

AD/PR - Flavour of the day… trying the YSL Make Me Blush Cream Lifted Glow Cream Blush in Peachy Nude.

And I do like a little peachy glow…

This is the kind of cream blush I love on mature skin — soft, fresh and effortlessly flattering, with that gorgeous lit-from-within finish rather than “I’ve put a lot of blush on today”.

Peachy Nude feels made for autumn too. Warm, pretty and just enough colour to bring your complexion back to life.

Basically… a little luxury beauty treat never hurt anybody, did it?

Coming to get my nails done for the first time sin

Coming to get my nails done for the first time since my surgery.

And honestly, it felt like so much more than just getting my nails done.

This is the first little thing I’ve been able to do purely for myself since my surgery — something that makes me feel a little bit more like me again.

Of course, when you’re not very mobile, something as simple as getting your nails done suddenly involves a whole lot of logistics. Taxis there and back, getting from the taxi into the salon, making sure I can manage it physically… and, inevitably, a lot more cost than there would normally be.

But sometimes you have to decide that something is worth it.

Because after months of surgery, recovery, pain, limitations and having to think about what my body can and can’t do, I needed to do something that reminded me that I’m still in here.

It might seem like a small thing, but this feels like another little step towards getting back to me. And right now, I’ll take every little step I can get.

So tell me… what’s your little luxury, indulgence or completely unnecessary-but-makes-you-feel-good thing that helps you feel more like yourself?

What’s your way of getting Back to You? 🤍
