This is one of my hero products from this collection! It is super speedy and gets me out of the house quickly, whilst making my skin look awake, bright and healthy. This feels like a tinted moisturiser on the skin, yet offers a beautiful veil of coverage and the benefit of a broad spectrum SPF 30. It is also incredibly hydrating on the skin and in this recent mini heat wave we have been blessed with, my skin never feels dry whilst wearing it.
According to BareMinerals this product can give an increase of 215% skin hydration in just one week, no wonder it feels so good! Formulated with Olive derived Squaline which some of my other favourite foundations contain, marine botanicals and coconut derived ingredient’s it feels more like you are applying a gorgeous lightweight moisturiser to the skin. If I am in a hurry I apply this with clean fingertips and it gives a lovely sheer coverage, when I apply with the brush included it gives a more medium coverage. It is easily build-able too without caking. If you do not like the feel of make up on your skin but want that hydrated, fresh, wide awake look, this is perfect for that. Oil Free so perfect for oily skins and deeply hydrating for dry skin types. Available in shades: Opal, Vanilla, Buttercream, Suede, Wheat, Natural, Ginger, Tea and Chestnut.

This brand new, mineral based product from Bareminerals is your complete primer and finishing powder in one. Great to use as a primer if wearing “powder” products on top, it creates a beautifully smooth, clean and fresh canvas for make up application. Apply on clean, dry skin after moisturising for a smooth base. I wasn’t expecting much from this to be honest as I have very dry skin and wondered if it would sit well, or even out my skin, but it did give a lovely soft glow to my skin.
After make up application, this is light enough to also use as a finishing powder in the areas you need it. I don’t generally use finishing powders as my skin is super dry, but this very handy for softening out the edges of blush if you have applied to much. A lovely, versatile addition to the collection.

As with all Bareminerals Blush shades you are certain of a pure pop of pigment! This is gorgeous for summer and easily buildable for all skin shades. You can apply a light touch for a soft look, or buff in more for a bolder look, especially on a darker skin tone.

This is also incredibly pretty as an eye shadow shade. On my Medium skin tone, I buff in quite a bit to create a nice blushing shade of fuschia. It also has a very pretty sheen to it which adds a highlight glow to the skin. Very fresh, creamy blush.

This is beautiful, beautiful and possibly my pick of the collection! This adds the most beautiful, natural highlight to the face. It works lovely on the eyes, the cheekbones, the brow, cupids bow, the shoulders, literally anywhere you want a pop of natural highlight.

This is not your “Be seen from outer space highlight” this is natural, sophisticated and adds a gorgeous freshness to the skin.

This warm Mocha shade is full of Shea, Avocado and Murumuru butters to deeply hydrate and smooth the lips and encapsulated Vitamins A, C and E to deliver antioxidant defence. It smells lovely of vanilla and has a tingle as it plumps the lips.

Its not my favourite shade in the range as it is a little too brown for me, but it feels lovely and hydrating on the lips.

My Thoughts on this collection – This is a very versatile collection that is suitable for all skin tones and types. If you are looking for a very fresh faced, glowing look this summer, that really shows off your skin, then this could be for you. The whole collection feels incredible light and hydrating on the skin and is very easy to apply using the swirl, tap and buff technique. A great collection for all age groups.

Loose powders terrify me. I am SO clumsy, I just know I would trip and get it all over my room! It looks lovely though!
I like BareMinerals foundations as they have such a wide range of shades for all skintones and match perfectly. I find the brushes a little pricey though, so will often buy cheaper dupes. It's obviously good quality though or there wouldn't be so many copycat brands.
