The OG of the Elemis Cleansing balms and still my absolute favourite balm cleanser of all time. I have written about, recommend and got through countless amounts of this product for one reason, it is simply the best cleansing balm I have EVER used. Seriously, it is my favourite cleanser of all time and if you follow me anywhere on social media you will see me using it time and time again. My obsession with Pro-Collagen Cleansing Balm came about the moment I opened the lid of my first pot when it first launched.

From that first incredibly relaxing burst of scent, to the luxurious sensation of dipping your fingers into the silk like balm, you are carried away on a journey of spa like qualities. Pro-Collagen Energising Marine Cleanser is a beautifully fresh, Sea Blue, lightweight gel based cleanser. It works incredible alone but used after the Pro-Collagen Cleansing Balm makes a stunning Double Cleanse. We all know we should be Double Cleansing to thoroughly remove dirt, excess oil, cleanse, nourish and energise the skin. I think we all know toning really is an essential part of our skincare routine, but how many of us actually do it? As soon as water touches our face we need to bring back and maintain its natural PH level. In order to do this we need to use a toner after cleansing. This Soothing Apricot Toner effectively does this without the need for alcohol or any harsh ingredients. It really balances the skin and leaves it feeling radiant.

The best way to use this toner is to dampen a cotton wool pad with it and wipe over the face, neck and décolleté after cleansing. I also love it as a spritzer over the face to refresh and brighten make up throughout the day. This toner also works really well at cooling and calming my skin when i get hot flushes or  really warm skin. Frangipani is the hugely popular, signature scent of Elemis with its  warm and sultry, exotic floral notes.  I find that in the Bath and Shower Milk, the scent is lighter and not as heady as the scent in lotions, which is great as it forms the base layer for the rest of your body products. Obviously everyone’s sense of smell is different, but I notice more of a sweetness of the white flowers in the bath & shower milk than I do in the oil and lotions. Frangipani Monoi Bath & Shower Milk really puts me in a wonderful mood. It is exotic and sensual and everything a comforting, warming intoxicating scent should be. The foaming lather creates the most beautifully airy bubbles that gently cleanse the skin whilst leaving it feeling incredibly hydrated and lightly fragranced. Wonderful applied to wet skin in the shower as it really hydrates dry skin and feels beautifully pampering. I love to use it in a warm bath and add 3 capfuls to running water to create a soft, sumptuous, relaxing bathing experience.

Frangipani Monoi Velvet Body Butter 100ml

One of my all time favourite Body products, this not only smells absolutely incredible, but feels so luxurious on the skin. This Body Butter is hydrating, rich, without feeling sticky and heavy and leaves the skin so so soft and smooth. Beautiful on the legs, it adds a gorgeous, light sheen over the skin, making it look and feel healthy and hydrated.

I used to be sooooo lazy when it came to looking after my hands, but all the constant handwashing of recent times soon put pay to that. I now treat my hands as well as the rest of my skin.  The texture of this balm is so divine, it is so deeply hydrating from the very first tiny pea sized amount and I am shocked at the difference in my hands. It adds  a layer off protection over the backs of the hands and wraps them in that gorgeous scent.It also softens the cuticles beautifully and is wonderul when worn under a pair of gloves in those cooler months.

Skin Nourishing Shower Cream 300ml

There is something about this product that is just so nurturing and nostalgic to me. It is also one of the first Elemis products i ever blogged about. Although this is a shower cream, i absolutely adore it in the bath. Firstsly i massage the product into my dry skin then step into a warm bath or shower and let the product melt off. It is divine, it is perfect for this weather when you want something cocooning and warming and it leaves the skin feeling super hydrated with a veil of silky softness. I have so much love for this product that in the Winter, when my legs are looking dry and scaly, i love to rub a thin amount into them like a moisturiser. Milk Protein gently cleanses the skin whilst balancing the acid mantle and Camellia and Jojoba Oils, combined with Oat Kernels and Wheat Germ to promote the most satin soft skin. My personal favourite and in babies baths too.

Skin Nourishing Velvet Body Butter 100ml

This is THE most gorgeous texture! This rich, velvety body butter  applies like a cream but with the luxurious texture of a butter, locking moisture in deep down. It does not feel at all greasy but leaves the skin looking absolutely incredible!! Scaly shins, be gone, bumpy arms, be gone, this smoothes out any imperfections and leaves the skin looking almost airbrushed. Blended with Cotton Seed Oil and Camellia extract, this soothes an irritated skin as well as adding a layer of protection from the elements. I love to warm it gently in my hands then massage over the body and relax in that calming scent.

Skin Nourishing Hand & Nail Lotion 20ml

I have really dry cuticles caused by medication and always have a Elemis Hand & Nail Lotion in my bag. If you struggle with dry hands because you are constantly washing them, always busy and on the go, then this Elemis Hand & Nail Lotion is perfect for you. It is deeply nourishing on the skin whilst also feeling quite light in texture. The skin nourishing Hand & Nail lotion is particularly lovely to massage into the hands and forearms of anyone that suffers with painful joints. Not that it will magically take the pain away, but it smells comforting and soothing and just feels so lovely. It really softens the cuticles and leaves the nails shiny and hands hydrated and smooth looking.

OMG i am so excited for you to enjoy this aromatic! It is citrus but with a hit of warmth from the Ginger, This is uplifting, enlivining and awakening, it is absolutely my morning scent!! I love, love, love anything Citrus and this is an absolute Joy to use. This is most definitely a unisex scent, not that it matters in my household as my husband and son’s pretty much use all my products anyway, but this is such a burst of freshness with a hint of warmth that it is suitable for everyone. You only need to add 2-3 capfuls under running water for a beautiful uplifting bath full of soft, delicate bubbles. Added to a shower sponge, one drop is more than enough to clean your body and leave it feeling soft, clean and hydrated. This leaves  your body delicately scented and your bathroom smelling clean and fresh – bonus!

Lime & Ginger Velvet Body Butter 100ml

This is the perfect layering scent after the above bath & shower milk . Packed full of fruit, flower and seed oils, this leaves the skin deeply hydrated. Apply to slightly damp skin and notice how the butter immediately sinks in. Thick in texture yet lovely and fast to apply, it absorbs quickly into the skin leaving the most delicious scent and hydrated feeling to the skin with a hint of a sheen. The Lime is zesty and citrusy at first then quickly warms down to a softer Lime scent and the Ginger adds that background of warmth.

Lime & Ginger Hand & Nail Balm 20ml

Whichever fragrance you choose you will find the texture of these creams beautifully light. I find them very cooling on the backs of the hands, deeply scented, which lasts all day and incredibly softening on the cuticles around the nails.
