This product is designed to be used twice a week after cleansing, preferably of an evening. I take a pea sized pump and apply it over my entire face (avoiding the eye area) and relax with it on for 15 minutes. It has the most beautiful almost icy cool feel which is very pleasent. Then i remove gently with warm water and continue with my oils and moisturisers. Now, be aware that this does contains Acids so do not use with other Acid products in the same evening, only use twice a week and wash off. Always, always, patch test first and if you do feel any discomfort or notice any skin discolouration, wash off immediately. This is an incredible addition to my beloved Pro-Collagen Marine family.
