Whenever Charlotte Tilbury drops a new launch – which lets be fair is quite often – you can bet your bottom dollar in will be in my cart fast than you can say checkout!! When I joined the waitlist for both these products I was super excited and since receiving them I been really impressed.
As a dedicated Charlotte Tilbury fan, there has only ever been one product out of my huge collection that I have been disappointed with, so I had high hopes that I was going to enjoy both these new launches!
Limited Edition – Pillow Talk Multi-Glow Beautifying All Over Glow Highlighter
If the beautiful pink and gold packaging doesn’t immediately suck you in, the beautiful highlighter will. This compact is absolutely gorgeous! Available in two colourways – Dream Light Warm pinks for a warmer skin tone or Romance Light Cool toned pinks for a fairer skin tone, i surprisingly chose the Romance light and couldn’t be happier. Upon opening you are meet with four wearable and utterly sublime highlight shades. Suitable for face, body cheeks collarbones and eyes, the highlight shades are a silky smooth formulation that offers that Pillow Talk glow!!
With a blurring effect they glide across the skin with ease giving an almost wet / dewy look to the skin. Super hydrating the formula feels almost creamy.
Capturing light reflecting tones of Pillow talk, these four highlighter shade offer different depths of glow, from soft focus, lit within to more of a sparkle!! I absolute adore this compact that also has a really nice sized mirror in and the buttery soft formulation of these highlighters. You really won’t need anything else. Available HERE
Beautiful Skin Sun-Kissed Glow Bronzer
Move over Chanel Les Beige there is a new cream bronzer in town! Speaking of which I have done a comparison video which you can watch below and decide for yourself which of the two you prefer!
Available in four shades, this Hyaluronic packed bronzer is suitable for the face and body! I have shade Medium 2 and it is just perfect for my skin tone. Creamy, hydrating, sweat and humidity proof this will become your Summer skin must have in an instant. Suitable for use alone or over make up this creamy bronzer lasts for up to 16 hours and just makes the skin look so hydrated, smooth and just like sun kissed skin!!
I like to apply mine with quite a dense foundation brush and start slow then build up as it really is a pigmented product. It is matte without being flat and warm without being orange. Containing finely milled pearls for a bronzed glow, Hyaluronic for hydration, soft focussing silica for that smooth texture and other great skin benefitting ingredients this super light weight bronzer is a joy to use. Pillow Talk Dreams Quad Palette
OMG I love, love, love Charlotte Tilbury eyeshadow palettes and quads and own more than my fair share which you can read about HERE and HERE and this one…. wow! The shimmer shades in this palette, wow, do they shimmer! With four incredibly flattering shades of pearlescent rose-gold, matte dusky rose to matte berry brown and shimmering rose-bud pink – you will fall in love time and time again.
I love the versatility of this palette because you can create a really, really light natural look with a light shimmer, or a more dark evening look. The mattes are creamy and last really well on the eyes without creasing and the shimmers have no fall out. A really pretty palette for Summer. Available HERE
Beauty Light Wand in Pillow Talk Medium
Well, thanks to Tik Tok (@BacktoyouBeauty), the Beauty Light Wands, which were already popular, have had a real moment since last year, so much so that they are now rarely in stock! You may remember me writing about the Peachgasm Light Wand when it launched back in 2019, well today is all about the Pillow Talk Beauty Light Wand. I have the Medium shade and though its a little dark, its going to be my bronzed Summer shade which I will blend out.
This is for you if you love a liquid highlight. This is a warm sun kissed peachy pink liquid highlight that adds the most beautiful glow to the skin. It is not sticky or tacky and lasts wonderfully. The applicator is a soft sponge tip with an on off twist.
Please remember to switch these off otherwise they will leak in your make up bag!! I like to apply this either to the back of my hand and dab on my face with my finger tips or my beauty blender, or dab onto a foundation brush and apply.
