Fragrance to me is something I surround myself with everyday. It really sets the mood and can evoke wonderful memories or take me off somewhere enchanting. You cannot help but feel uplifted and inspired when you smell a fragrance from Atelier Cologne, specifically their new launch Pacific Lime.
A new brand to me, although I had heard of it but hadn’t had the amazing experience of trying it, I was recently treated to a beautiful morning at their Covent Garden Boutique. My mind and senses were blown as I wondered through a tropical oasis of colour and fragrance that set my taste buds tingling and my thirst for fragrance alight. Like no other fragrance house I have tried before, you smile with each and every Cologne that you smell, you just can’t help it, the magic has happened. Atelier tick the box for me on so many levels. If Citrus is your thing – whether it be a burst of sweetness, or a powdery whisper, then be prepared to loose many an hour deciding on your fragrance wardrobe.
Today I am going to share with you the new launch Pacific Lime and, at a later date, I will go into full detail of how this brand came about ( a wonderfully romantic story) and how the incredibly creative and happy founders Christophe and Sylvie, are committed to keeping this a 100% French made brand.
Brand new to Atelier Cologne is the most wonderfully, mouth-watering, effervescent, happy, joyful, uplifting Cologne Absolue that is Pacific Lime. Bursting with notes of Lime from Mexico, Coconut from the Philippines and Eucalyptus from China, this Cologne takes you on the most epic journey.
Pacific Lime tells the story of an unexpected surprise party “The scarlet fuchsia sunset was her only hint to their destination. He had spent months organizing this event in the greatest secrecy. Surrounded by everyone they loved, they savoured the moment with joy and excitement. When the doors opened, she recognized the beach of her childhood. Everyone was dazzled by the vibrant colours, the exotic perfumes, and the exhilarating tropical heat. The party could finally begin!”
This scent smells bright and sparkling and whisks you away to a sunnier climate the moment you smell it. On me it is a very flirty, happy, party fragrance and on my husband, thanks to the inclusion of Soft Amber and More Woody notes, it is a “fresh white shirt and jeans” clean scent. Made to be shared between men and women this is a party in a bottle that everyone wants to be invited too! I am absolutely loving this fragrance to lift my mood and put the happiest of smiles on my face. If you saw my recent Insta-Stories about this fragrance, you will know what I mean (it even included some dancing).
The packing is bright, festive, yet clean and simple, the craftsmanship is authentic, with the magic of the blend between the citrus and highest concentration of essential oils from Grasse, making this the most unique blend of raw materials. In warmer weather this will most definitely whisk you away to Mexico full of bright colours and happy faces, Margaritas, Coconut water and dancing, ooh its so good i’m almost there!!
This brand has blown me away, the founders are happy and vibrant and this follows through to their work. I sampled each and every fragrance in the store, and my smile just grew and grew and grew as did my addiction to this brand. I really urge you to try out Atelier Cologne and in particularly this new launch if you can. Below I have listed some of my other favourites, in particular the Rose and Oud, Café Tuberose which I should have purchased and Bergamot Soleil.
Pacific Lime is currently exclusive to Selfridges HERE and the Atelier Cologne Boutique, and will launch nationwide in John Lewis in April. Gift Sets available.
