Summer is in full swing and we have been lucky enough to really enjoy some incredibly warm weather. No matter whether you are enjoying this Summer at home or away, wearing lots of make up or just a slick of colour, this Tarte Summer QVC TSV really does have something for everyone!

As someone that has loved Tarte cosmetics long before they launched in the UK I can honestly say this is an incredibly pretty and affordable collection.

Shape Tape Cloud Coverage Foundation

Available in 21 shades, this is a super lightweight, whipped foundation that covers everything without leaving your skin looking or feeling cakey! The cloud like texture feels like nothing on the skin whilst giving it a blurred effect, minimising the look of sunspots, fine lines and wrinkles and dark circles, plus it hydrates the skin for up to 24 hours!! Enriched with Snow Mushroom and Liquorice root extracts, Hyaluronic Acid, Squalene, Aloe, Vitamin E, Avocado and castor oils just 1 to 2 pumps is more than enough to offer that full coverage that leaves the skin looking natural and dries down to a light matte. If you have a drier skin I would make sure you exfoliate and moisturise before you use this as it can cling to drier places.  This collection comes with a make up sponge which you use damp with the foundation, but you can also apply it just as beautifully with a brush. It comes in a great pump tube which leaves the product fresh and clean too.  I have shade Medium Neutral which is great for my Summer sun kissed skin. Amazonian Clay fans will adore this foundation.

Shape Tape Concealer

This product reached absolute global iconic status when back in 2018  one was sold every 26 seconds, so Tarte must be doing something right. I am a self confessed Shape Tape fan and have been long before its UK launch in 2016. Vegan friendly and dermatology tested, this skin friendly product is suitable even for sensitive skin. Powered by  skin nourishing ingredients such as Shea Butter, Mango Seed Butter and Liquorice Root Extracts, not only does it conceal any darkness and imperfections but it hydrates the skin, brightens it and protects against free radicals! All that from a concealer? Pass it by the bucket load!!

I use Shape Tape in so many different ways within my make up regime. If like me you struggle with dark circles under the eyes, this just makes them disappear, and what I love, love, love about it, is that I don’t have to set it with powder! It settles down to a matte finish within seconds, has a non drying feel on the skin and is so quick and easy to use.

Shape Tape also covers the fine lines around my eyes and conceals the pores on my nose. The wand is a great shape but to be honest, you are better using that just to dot on the product, then use the pointy end of the Quickie blending sponge to spread. Don’t forget though, this is not just for giving you flawless looking under eyes, this is a concealer and does a fine job covering blemishes and imperfections without caking, drying or clumping. I usually wear Light-Medium, but in this collection was sent 35 Medium which matches the foundation.

Tartelette Tubing mascara

Tartes brand new tubing mascara is a first for the brand! Tubing mascaras are great because they give the easiest removal without leaving any residue behind and they literally wrap each lash in a tube of mascara adding length and coating them with a gorgeous dark black colour. This mascara is Vegan, sweatproof, smudge proof and lasts until you take it off.

Reach for the clouds eyeshadow palette

You also get the very pretty, neutral Reach for the Clouds eyeshadow palette. Tarte fans will know that their eyeshadow palettes are legendary for their buttery soft formulas, smooth pigments and long lasting colours. If you are new to Tarte you will love this oh-so-pretty palette. Containing 3 Matte shades, 4 shimmers and a brow shade, this palette will effortlessly take you from day to night.

The colours are a mix of warm nudes with some bronze and burgundy tones and can be used both on the lid, lash lines and brow bones. The shimmer shades work well with a brush but go on even better when tapped in with your finger. The palette is simple in design but is perfect for travel and does contain a very clear mirror.
