Eek!! I have some new make up to share with you and i am super excited!! If you are looking for something super pretty to brighten up your lockdown days, this is it. I know we are currently in Lockdown but this really is the perfect time to practice and play with new make up and colours, and have some fun.

Limited Edition Designed to Shine Amazonian Clay Eyeshadow Palette :

Famous for their incredibly soft, easy to wear, blendable formulas, this eyeshadow palette is so, so pretty. Suitable for all skin colours, you have a wonderful collection. A selection of 8 buttery mauves and chocolate nude tones  in mattes and shimmers, this lightweight palette will easily take your look from day to night. I am always so impressed by Tartes formula, it just applies so easily with barely any fallout.

I literally had the smallest amount of fall out from the dark chocolate shade but it easily cleaned up and was no trouble. These colours are super flattering and really make all eye colours sparkle. I think this will be an everyday palette for me and I just know you will all love it. I have included a swatch, but believe me this palette blends much better than it swatches.

Shape Tape Concealer

When a product reaches global iconic status, it is absolutely no fluke and whilst one product absolutely does not fit all, back in 2018  one was sold every 26 seconds, so it must be doing something right. I am a self confessed Shape Tape fan and have been long before its UK launch in 2016. Vegan friendly and dermatology tested, this skin friendly product is suitable even for sensitive skin. Powered by  skin nourishing ingredients such as Shea Butter, Mango Seed Butter and Liquorice Root Extracts, not only does it conceal any darkness and imperfections but it hydrates the skin, brightens it and protects against free radicals! All that from a concealer? Pass it by the bucket load!!

I use Shape Tape in so many different ways within my make up regime. If like me you struggle with dark circles under the eyes, this just makes them disappear, and what I love, love, love about it, is that I don’t have to set it with powder! It settles down to a matte finish within seconds, has a non drying feel on the skin and is so quick and easy to use.

Shape Tape also covers the fine lines around my eyes and conceals the pores on my nose. The wand is a great shape but to be honest, you are better using that just to dot on the product, then use the pointy end of the Quickie blending sponge to spread. Don’t forget though, this is not just for giving you flawless looking under eyes, this is a concealer and does a fine job covering blemishes and imperfections without caking, drying or clumping. I usually wear Light-Medium.

Shape Tape Glow Wand UK Launch

Well this is very exciting! I believe this is the UK Launch of the Shape Tape Glow wand and I absolutely love it! This double ended wand contains your highlighting product one end, with a flat doe foot applicator, then has a mini , removable blender at the other end. Wow, this is a glorious multi-tasking product!! Not only can you use it over your shape tape, for a more glowy, lifted eye concealer, but also as a highlighter, mixed in with your foundation or even applied to your décolleté. I am totally in love with this product like I pretty much am with the whole Shape Tape range to be honest. It adds the most beautiful, ethereal glow, brightens up that under eye a charm and feels hydrating on the skin. I love the packaging, the removeable sponge on the end can come out to be washed or used as a mini blender. Completely Vegan formula!

Limited Edition Lights, Camera, Lashes Mascara

A truly iconic mascara now made available in a new Limited Edition Sparkly Jacket! I make no bones of the fact that this is one of my all time favourite mascaras ever. I am always fully stocked ( don’t forget you must change your opened mascara every three months) with this fabulous mascara. I know there is a Tarte army that adore this Lights Camera lashes 4-in-1 mascara, as much as me, as I always receive great feedback when I write about it on my Blog. This velvety, Amazonian clay mascara, is the blackest of blacks and thickens and lengthens eyelashes amazingly! Claiming to instantly increase lash volume by 330% all I know is that when I apply it, my lashes get that false lash look which I love. Infused with a range of plant botanical’s and waxes, this mascara is amazing at lengthening, adding volume and curling the lashes.

The rice bran inclusion plumps up and coats your lashes without making them look thick or feel heavy. Easy to apply, I start right at the base of my lash and give a little wiggle with my brush as I pull it through the lashes, it doesn’t clump and gives a lovely even coat. This mascara does not budge until I take it off with cleanser. Most definitely a big hit with me.

This collection also comes with a lightweight double ended cruelty free make up brushe which is perfect for blending and packging on the eyeshadow, a quickie blending sponge, which is a must have for pressing in Shape Tape concealer ( always use damp) and a very pretty sparkly make up bag which will hold this full collection and lots more. The only shoice you have to make is which shade concealer you wear.

My thoughts on this collection

The Tarte Light & Lifted QVC UK TSV really is a very pretty and easily wearable collection of make up. Whether you are new to Tarte or stocking up your stash, I think this is a must have collection. Its wonderful for every day use suits all ages and skin types and colours, is great value for money and looks very pretty on the dressing table.
