 Arnica Skincare Gel 1 Litre

As many of you already know, i have been using this product for many, many years. I have used it on my children when they were little and learning to walk and would fall,  and on any member of my family that feels an ache, pain, bump or bruise. This is my “Miracle Gel”. This water-based non sticky gel works wonderfully well on all skin types for all manner of reasons. I use it on myself in so many ways. Firstly, i hold all my tension and stress in my neck and shoulders so i love to gently rub this into that area or pop it on a warm, old towel and lay it around my neck to gently sink in. I use it across my temples when i have a headache and under my eyes when they are looking puffy or dark. I love to massage it in after a lovely warm bath to really warm my muscles further and let the properties of the Arnica soak in.

My eldest son uses it after a long day at work or the gym, my young son actually rubs it into his calves before a game of football and my husband loves it layered on his lower back before he goes out to work.

Recently i gave a friend a bottle of this to help with some muscles aches fallowing a fall. She is obsessed with how well this product works!
