I have been writing this blog and talking about beauty products here for 9 years, so I think I know a great beauty bargain when I see one. Let me tell you- This Laura Geller 4 Piece Face It All Collection is an incredible beauty bargain and one you shouldn’t hesitate on – i’m blown away by it.

I am fortunate enough to feature loooooooots of QVCUK Todays Special Value Collections and over the years I have featured many of them from Laura Geller Beauty.  On a previous post  I had mentioned that the TSV collections needed a bit of a shake up…. WELL THEY SHOOK IT UP!!

Baked Balance-n-Glow Illuminating Foundation 8g

Balance-n-Glow is the innovative baked foundation from Laura Geller that not only acts as your foundation and concealer, but also adds a subtle highlight and glow to the skin. Baked in Italy, from a liquid, on terracotta tiles, it has a beautifully smooth consistency which makes application incredibly easy.

I wear the shade medium ( the same shade that I am in Balance-n-Brighten) which is perfect for my skin tone. Balance-n-Glow gives the skin a beautiful, flawless coverage without looking shimmery or glittery. It adds a classy, cheeky highlight whilst cleverly colour correcting  with your own skin. Suitable for all skin types including dry, due to the fact that it is a baked liquid and not a powder, this looks incredible over Laura’s Champagne Spackle if you have some of that. I love to use a smaller brush to pic out highlight for my cheek bones and also use as eye shadow when on-the-go ( or when we can be!)the colours blend effortlessly. Easy to apply just swirl a brush into the powder and apply all over the face, neck and décolleté for an effortless glow.

Baked Blush-N-Brighten in shade NEW SHADE Starfish Island 4.5g

If you have never tried one of Laura’s Baked Blush products you will fall instantly in love. The colours are pure pigments of liquid that have been baked on terracotta tiles in Italy and infused with great skincare ingredients such as Centella Asiatica and White Tea Extracts. They will not dry out the skin or look flaky, but glide on effortlessly creating a buildable flush of beautiful colour. They are super long lasting too and can be easily used as eye shadows . Containing swirls of super pigmented light rosy pink with swirls of coral and beige shades this blends together beautifully to give that perfect hit of a flush. This does have a shimmer in it, that catches the light perfectly. Darker skin tones can easily build the shade for a more dramatic look, and paler tones can use a lighter hand for their skin tone. A very flattering shade that sits well on the apples of the cheeks, sweeping gently back towards the top of the ear.

Jelly Balm Hydrating Lip Colour in Figger Than Life

Enriched with Squalane ( from plants) and vitamin E this feels like a balm on the lips it is so comfortable and hydrating! It really does give the best of both worlds as it offers a beautiful mauve colour that applies like a lipstick and is suitable for all skin tones, but feels cushiony soft on the lips.

I adore the packaging and the colour and feel this will be my Spring Favourite for those outside meet ups we are allowed to have.

The Delectables Baked Eyeshadow Palette Tasty Treats

Now, when I saw that this STUNNING palette was included in a Todays Special Value, and at the price it is…. I nearly feel over. I mean to be honest this palette alone is worth the price of the whole collection and as a self proclaimed palette addict – I have over 100 – this is beautiful.

I cannot tell you how in love I am with this palette. The colours are dreamy tones, that everyone will enjoy. From satin soft beautifully blend-able warm tone matte shades, to deeply pigmented shimmers that can be used wet or dry, there is nothing not to love about this palette.

The palette has a mirror included that is big enough to easily create your eyeshadow look in and it does come with a double ended brush. To be honest, the brush is ok, but if you have slightly bigger more fluffy brushes I would use those. But the colours…oh the colours are a dream and blend so well. Inspired by tasty snacks and with cute names such as Roasted Pecan, Caramel Candy and Dark Truffle ( one of my favourite shadows in the palette) you will reach for this palette on the daily. ( Please note swatches do not do this justice and I don’t usually post them as they look so much brighter on the eyes)

The baked cream-to-powder formula has a creamy, soft formula that delivers intense pigments that last all day. From soft matte daytime looks, glam shimmer looks, liner and even brow powder, I have fallen in love. I hope…well I know,  you will fall in love with this palette as much as me.

I think it is safe to say I have fallen in love with this collection and think this is incredible timing on the Laura Geller Beauty teams behalf. We are slowly and surely easing out of Lockdown and being able to socialise in the sunshine, or head back to work, we can do it with a fresh face of make up that doesn’t break the bank. I have worn Balance-n-Glow for years as I know many of you have so am always happy to buy more, and the blush and lipstick are beautiful. It is however, the palette that has blown me away, its one I know I will reach for on the daily, recommend and use on my make up clients.
